Creating spaces where people come together and learn to collaborate effectively.
Hi! I’m Colette
With a master's in social work and a background in education, I’m currently a faith-based community organizer, bringing congregations together to tackle pressing social issues. I have extensive experience facilitating difficult conversations around race and equity, and helping organizations with strategic planning. I take pride in not only helping people navigate conflict but also developing proactive structures and norms to prevent conflicts from hindering progress. I do this work because I recognize that unresolved conflict can paralyze organizations, and my goal is to transform it into an opportunity for building stronger, more effective teams.
